At 25 Mackenzie Lane, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made textiles and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
